10/366 - January 10, 2011

I had the opportunity to hang out with some of my really close friends today. It was my first time seeing any of them since August, right before I left for college. Seeing them today really made me happy, simply because it had been much too long since we’ve seen each other. All of the sh/t and catching up we did today was more than satisfying. We started right where we left off in our friendship, and I’m more than thankful for that. Nothing has changed between any of us.

I’m just praying that today wasn’t the last time I’d see them, because two of them are moving back to the Philippines for college this Sunday. I’m really hoping we can see each other at least once more before both them and I leave on Sunday. ‘cause quite frankly, it’s going to be hard without them here for the next few years.

But so long as they come back after they finish their college education over there, the wait will hopefully not be as bad as I’m imagining it.
